DAY 01 AIRPORT / NEGOMBO
AyuBowan” On arrival at the recently refurbished Modern and State of the art International Airport, you will be blessed to get your first taste of warm Sri Lankan hospitality; Representative from Nkar, will Garland & welcome you at the Airport  & receive to Negombo.

DAY 02 NEGOMBO / CHILAW / KANDY 
After breakfast Proceed to Chilaw

Visit
Munneswaram
Lord Rama after his victorious battle left for Ayodhya in one of King Ravana’s vimana’s. He felt he was being followed by bramhaasthi dosham as he had killed King Ravana who was a Brahmin. He stops the vimana at this juncture because he felt at this place the “Brahmaasthi Dosham” was not following him.

Afterwards visit Manavari
Manavari is the first lingam installed and prayed by Lord Rama and till date this lingam is called as Ramalinga Shivan.

Proceed to Dolukanda
At different points of time during the war both Lord Rama and Lakshmana were hit by powerful arrows, fell unconscious and to bring them back to life Lord Hanuman was instructed to fetch the life saving herbs from Himalaya. Hanuman went to the hill, lifted the whole hill and brought it, as he was not able to identify the life saving herbs alone. Parts from the hill fell on five places in Sri Lanka. This is one of those places.

DAY 03 KANDY / NUWARA ELIYA
After breakfast Proceed to Mahiyanganaya.

Visit Weragantota
This is believed to be the first place where Sitadevi was brought into Lanka in King Ravana’s Vimana. The city had a beautiful palace for queen Mandothari surrounded by waterfalls, streams and varieties of flora and fauna.  Sitadevi was kept in this palace until she moved to Ashoka Vatika.

Visit Seetha Kotuwa
This means Sita’s fort and got its name because of Sita dev’s stay here.

Afterwards visit Gurulupotha.
This was and aircraft repair center in the capital city. In Valmiki’s depiction King Ravana’s Vimana resembled a huge peacock. The Vimana in Sinhala language means Dhandu monara which is known as flying peacock, and hence the name Gurulupotha, which means parts of birds.

Continuation to Nuwara Eliya

En-route visit Ghoushala.
King Ravana had his dairy farm here. Milk was air lifted to the capital Lankapura from here using Vimana’s. The stone pillars here have the worn out marks cast by constant use of tying ropes on them.

Proceed to Nuwara Eliya. In Nuwara Eliya visit the Gayathri Pedam
This is the first and the foremost temple built for Gayathri Amman in Sri Lanka, and the Shiva Lingam found in this temple was brought from the holy river Narmada.

DAY 04 NUWARA ELIYA
After breakfast Proceed to visit few more sights related to Ramayana Legends in Nuwara Eliya

Mani Kattuher
The hill where Lord Hanuman is believed to have rested after meeting Sitadevi. Today an open temple with statues of Lord arama, Sitadevi, Lakshmana and Lord Hanuman stands on top of it. Locals visit the temple often.

Visit Ramboda Temple.

Afterwards proceed to Pusselawa Protop Estate.

The place where Lord Hanuman first set his foot in Lanka. These hills stand tall in between King Ravana’s capital city and Ashoka Vatika. The barren land here is believed to be the route in which King Ravana took Siradevi from his capital city Lankapura to Ashoka Vatika, which was a paradise on earth. Till date no vegetation grows on this passage except grass. King Ravana is believed to have taken this passage on top of these hills to show Sitadevi the beauty of this kingdom.

Have a picnic lunch in the estate.

Return to Nuwara Eliya.

DAY 05 NUWARA ELIYA / ELLA
After breakfast Proceed to Ella.

En-route visit Seetha Amman temple.
The streams that runs from the hill, catered to the needs of Sitadevi during her stay at Ashoka Vatika. She is said to have bathed in this stream. Now there is temple for Lord Rama, Sitadevi, Luxshmana, and Hanuman by the side of this stream. It is interesting to note that foot prints akin to Lord Hanuman’s are found by this river and some are of small size and some are of large size, which tells us of the immense powers of hanuman transforming himself into any size
.

Visit Divurumpola
Divurumpola means a place of oath. Sitadevi, after her liberation from King Ravana underwent atest to prove her chastity by offering herself to fire in this place.

Afterwards proceed to Istripura
This was one of the places to which King Ravana shifted Sitadevi as a precautionary measure which he was forced to take by Lord Hanuman’s advent. There are lots of intruding tunnels and caves in this area.

DAY 06 ELLA / GALLE
After breakfast Proceed to Galle.

En-route visit Ravana Caves.

Pay a visit to Ussangoda.
This is one of the torched areas in the event that Lord Hanuman’s tail was set on fire by the raksha’s.This area still holds the blackened, burned scorched effect as a reminder of Lord Hanuman’s escapade. It is also evident that the adjoining surrounding area has plant life. Its soil is all together of a different colour.

DAY 07 GALLE / COLOMBO
After breakfast, proceed to Colombo to wined up the tour

En route visit Rumasela.
