Public Liability
Public Liability policy will cover the followings;
A. Compensation will be given in respect of;
- Accidental bodily injury to any person.
- Accidental damage to property.
B. All costs and expenses of litigation recovered by any claimant against the insured.
C. All costs and expenses of litigation incurred with the written consent of the company.
The total sum insured under this policy is LKR 5,000,000.00 (Approximately USD 41,750.00). However a claim is restricted to a maximum of LKR 1,000,000.00 (Approximately USD 8,350.00) per one accident.
